Failed Render/ Preview no longer working, App not responding

Hello, I have been faced with an After effect project file that i cannot render, My next step is to go into the project and save presets for everything and restart, but I hope i dont have to, there are alot of comps. During editing, it was going all ok, I set The preview resolution to quarter, once i finished, I added it to the render queue, It was rendering fine until it hit the time marker 03:15, This marked the start of a new layer,For effects, this layer contained "Optics Compensation, S_warpfisheye, Glow, s_blurmocurves, Twixtor pro," and some more listed below, and a couple of Adjustment layers. i thought maybe the frame was just taking longer to render, but i waited for a while and it stayed in the same spot, I closed After effects, re opened it, And re played the project in the timeline, it went fine, Note that the current resolution was in quarter, I then switched the Preview resolution to full, And played it back from the start, but again, once it got to 03:15, The CTI stopped and wouldnt move foward, I tried clearing the media and disk cache, clearing the database and cache to try to get the render to work, but it still did not, I tried different codecs, I tried the AfterCodecs plugin, and media encoder to render the AEP and still nothing works, I tried opening and rendering the AEP in a different version of AE, nothing has worked, I also tried re rendering my source video in AE and replacing it with the one i had in the project, (since the render for that video worked I know it is just an issue with this project) Now when i go into the project, and move the CTI to 03:15, the preview wont even play, and composition window just stays frozen on the last frame you were at before you moved the CTI to 03:15, and when I click and go into the comps after 03:15, its just an empty gray screen, I also cannot make any changes and the only way i can close after effects after this is by force quitting, because the application isnt responding. I tried to go into the compositions and turn on and off effects i used, it see the if the preview would work again, but it did not. I definetely learned my lesson to render comps in mov and import them into AE again and use more adjustment layers and dont make so many comps, I was just really hoping to be able to save this project. So unless anyone knows how to fix this, would re-installing AE change anything? or should i just restart on a new project, (I dont usually run into problems with my AE).

Effects used (I used basically all of these effects on every clip), but the preview/render always stops on 03:15): S_shake, Optics compensation, S_warpfisheye, s_blurmocurves, Warp, Glow, Magic Bullet looks, Twixtor pro, Bevel edges, sharpen, unsharp mask, Brightness and contrast, Turbulent displace, Uni.glitch)

Rough estimate of how many comps are in the project: 35 comps, 30 Precomps
