Failed to connect to Adobe Dynamic Link project

AE 2020, PP 2020 too.

Dynamic link worked perfectly but stopped working suddenly, for no reason.

Tried installing AE 2019, didn't work. Tried reinstalling PP, didn't work.

Any ideas?

Sorry for your issue.

Could you share more details about the issue and your workflow? Do you see any error message? Also, check if the Creative Cloud desktop app is updated.

Hi Nishu

The problem is different now - I have a projet that uses Dynamic link. It works good, but when I try to export it to Media Encoder - nothing happens.

Also, if I save it normally and try to reopen it - it won't open ("missing data in file" error).

I have to save it with 15.x compatibilty every time, and render it using AE and not Media Encoder.

 

All my software and hardware are updated.

 

Any ideas?
