Failed to render Adobe After Effects Composition

I have a background consisted of dots with simple effects (Turbulent Displace, Motion Tile, Fractal Noise) and Deep Glow.

I haven't had an issue like this before, but I've tried multiple times and failed to render this short composition.
I've tried twice using H.264 and once using QuickTime, these are the logs I have gotten:
