Fan slow motion suport

Hi, maybe someone here can help me?

I want to slow down the rotation of the fan's wings, but because of the frames blanding, the image is distorted

Maybe someone has an idea what to do?

There are some AI-based tools (such as Topaz Video AI) that might do a better job with this existing footage, but you're far likely better off re-recording this footage at a higher frame rate so you can slow it down and produce a smooth image.
