Fast Box Blur Missing

I opened up an ongoing project today and was greeted with this warning.

 

Apparently Fast Box Blur is not installed. I tried reinstalling AE but this did not fix the problem. I checked the AE folder and all the Fastboxblur.*** files seem to be where they should be (I compared with the previous version of AE which still had FBB available).

 

Has anyone else had / fixed this problem?

    I tried re-installing again, this time removing my preferences when I uninstalled.

     

    This time I got Fast Box Blur back again.

     

    Still no real idea why it was not installed last time.
