Fast previews starts 10 seconds after i hit space.

Ok so i have been having a problem that has been ruining my life for the past while.

When im un adobe after effect, when i start the preview, it waits for 10 seconds and then starts. It might be something related to Audio hardware but i have no idea.

I also have a high end pc which is why im so frustrated at this problem.

Can anyone give me a fix because i have been looking online and can't find a thing.
