An FFX file references the values of existing effects and properties, not any actual processing algorithms. What good would your color corrections even do if you e.g. don't even have the correct plug-in like Magic Bullet Looks? Whatever requirements you have will likely simply boil down to re-creating the looks with whatever tools in whatever other program you have in mind, but it's absolutely not clear what you even mean because your post is so vague.
