File is damaged

My PC has a crash on work and after that After Effects don't open more my project, this never been happened with me.
I try some solutions like scannow on CMD, drag my project into a new project, reinstalling the program. But nothing works.
I have a modest PC: I3 10100
RX580
SSD Sandisk Nvme 500gb

*Update*

I restaure a save of the previous day (24/08/2025) with the progam Disk Drill, and now i have another erro when a try to open.

I have a crash on PC during After Effects, for some reason my auto-save is not working and i think i lost all my job.

I'm sorry that's happening to you. Are there any crash reports? A crash report will help us find the root cause. Are you getting this issue with multiple projects? Also, how much RAM does your computer have?

Hi!

I don´t have any crash reports, and that´s happening only in this project.

I have 16GB RAM
