Thanks for reporting back. I was going to suggest getting in touch with the company via Social Media cos emails can get lost in the Junk Box too. And it's good to hear that they've provided you with a refund.
Did you confirm what was actually missing from the Template because your description wasn't clear - I thought it could have been related to missing footage that you saw in the promo video. What was actually missing?
There was quickly no content in the delivery. No footage, no media data, no text templates, no animated objects.
The attached help video shows content that is not available. Probably just a faulty delivery. That can certainly be fixed easily.
I was more astonished that the platform did not respond to my complaint. Then I can never go shopping there again if I have to worry that it will be a coincidence whether the material will work or not.
