Are the drivers for your sound card up-to-date?

What do you have selected as the Default Output in the Audio Hardware Preferences for After Effects?

Hi, thanks for your response. I already found my way to that page by watching some guide videos, it says that I'm connected to speakers (I am using headphones). My audio drivers are up to date.
