FIX Fit to view on Mac

Please can Adobe fix the shortcut for Fit to View on Mac. I've been using Windows and AE for many years and am making a shift to Mac. This problem doesn't exist on Windows.

It doesn't matter which keyboard shortcut I use, the function doesn't work.

I just used Shift + / on my mac and it shifted the view to take up as much of the comp window as possible. So am I misunderstanding the command you're trying to use?
