Fixing "Jittery" Text

Hello all. I'm having problems with "jittery" text. Just simple text with slow forward movement. This wasn't an issue yesterday. Now all my comps are doing it, even in different projects. I've purged my memory and dish cache too (which used to fix this problem in the past). Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Sample attached.

    Nearly impossible to say much without seeing the timeline and relevant properties. The only thing I'm aware of that would cause such a behavior are text style expressions and certain combinations of text settings like faux caps on some fonts. Those are known bugs and the only solution is to not use those features and find alternate fonts.
