Flickering text, make each instance different

Hi all, 

I am creating a flickering text animation using text animators (opacity). 

I have the same text repeated 5 times on each line. With the text animator set to random, the flickering is great, however, each line (separate text layer) animates at the same time, how do I make each separate layer flicker different characters to the other layers at any one time?
