Fog Effect Stops Moving After 5 Seconds

I'm trying to make a basic fog effect to play transparently throughout the entire duration of my video (3 mins, 29 sec), but the effect stops after 5 seconds and messing around with the keyframes did nothing. The image is the last save I had before experimenting. Any help would be appreciated.

Your ending keyframes are at 5 seconds.  That's where the animation stops.  Move the keyframes to the point where you actually want the animation to end, and adjust values accordingly.

Cropped screenshots are useless.  If you don;t know what the problem is how can you assume to know what information is vital to figuring the problem?

Your ending keyframes are at 5 seconds.  That's where the animation stops.  Move the keyframes to the point where you actually want the animation to end, and adjust values accordingly.
