Question

For AE can I use same Media Cache folders with Premiere Pro or do I need to create separate folders?

For AE, do I put my Media Cache in the same folders as Premiere Pro or should I create separate folders?

Also, I notice when I created a Disk Cache folder for AE, it created a top level folder labeled "Adobe" then placed an "After Effects" folder inside it. Are there other Adobe programs that need a Disk Cache folder and should I share them with this one?

You don't need to, no.  You should have a dedicated SSD drive for your caches.  I do keep an "adobe scratch" folder on it and i set all my cache directies to that folder then just let the apps do their thing.  You don;t need to have a dedicated root folder though...i do it just to keep things organized for myself

You can do it however you want it. The caches are completely independent from each other and the worst that can happen is that stuff gets rendered twice to different cached sections, give or take a bit of that DynamicLink mumbo-jumbo which will create its own cahce and temp files.
