Frame Rate in Timeline instead of seconds?

How do I change my timeline display back to seconds instead of frames? I perfer to work with seconds. I have a googled and a couple things I Have tried have not worked. Thanks!

Legend

Ctrl + click on either of hte time displays. Keep in mind that if you zoom all the way into your timeline it will display frames regardless of your settings..

I have tried that and it appears to look like the time line went back to seconds in the display but it stills says frames on the timeline?

Well, your screen shot hasn't even made it to the one second mark. How do you expect to see time?

Even if you have time selected, remember that AE works in FRAMES. So you'll see xx seconds, yy frames. That's just the way it works.

You won't see 01. 385 seconds, for example you'll see 1 second and a certain number of frames, determined by the comp's frame rate.
