Frames on Screen - how to remove?

Hey! I accidentally pressed the wrong button on my keyboard and now i have this view on my video. The frames are disturbing my view and i cannot scale or work with the objects in the video view part. Can you tell me how these frames are called and how to remove them?

Toggle the safe areas from the icon at the bottom of the comp viewer. I would suggest you read the online help on such basics.
