16GB RAM
Nvidia RTX 3060 12GB

i have also
Notebook

Did this project take less time to render before? Your machine specs alone don't tell us enough information to solve the problem; you could have a ton of effects that are very render-intensive; multi-frame rendering could be disabled; there could be problems decoding your assets. Is this a new slowdown? Are you out of drive space? The list goes on.

If you cache your timeline at full resolution, does it take less time to preview? If so, start to eliminate external factors. The first thing I would do is try exporting as ProRes directly from the Render Queue instead of H.264 via AME.

Also, and this is just a guess since I'm only going by the name "slide show" in your file name, but do you need to be exporting at 80 Mbps? That's an incredibly high bit rate, but it's also possible that it's entirely justified.
