Hi, I installed the latest version of After Effects 23.4 and I noticed that when I open a project even if I don't make any changes to the project the PC memory fills up completely making After Effects unusable. I wanted to know if anyone has encountered this problem and how I can fix it. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

Welcome to the community. This shouldn't be happening! Do you have any third-party plugins installed? If so, could you temporarily disable them by going to Effect > Manage Effects > Disable all, restart After Effects, and let us know if you still see the issue? Please also share your system specifications (OS, OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM). We're here to help.
