Full screen comp locked to second monitor, how to turn off

I was screen sharing with an Adobe support rep, and he made it so that my After Effects displays a full screen view of the composition on the second monitor, how do I turn this off? See Screenshot above.

I believe the tilde key (~) is the shortcut for tiggling panels full screen

Go to Edit > Preferences > Video Preview then uncheck your monitors and disable Mercury Transmit. This should help you I think.
