Gardient Fill - missing control handles

Can someone solve this mystery? I am having trouble finding the solution to Gradient Fill handles. In some shapes, I can see them, but in others, I cannot. These controls do not behave consistently, as they appear and disappear without any apparent reason. Can someone please help me with this issue?

    Hi,
    I'm using ae 24.1 on Windows, but actualy you already helped as I wanted to make screenshot I solve it, It turned out that the handler only appears when I'm using the selection tool.

    What's the version of After Effects you're using? Are you on macOS or Windows? Also, could you share screenshots to show the problem?
