GD! Upgrade lost my workspace layout

Every time, why do I lose my custom workspaces in AEF when I upgrade? Premiere didn't, Photoshop didn't, Illustrator didn't. What the heck. I guess I'm the idiot for trusting Adobe. Back to setting up all my prefs.

I'll choose Error or Problem for the topic since Eternally Annoying is not a choice.
