Get Extension properties from the exchange store

We are building this extension for after effect

https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/cc/103000/individeo

We would like to query the extension properties on the store at load time so we can show a message to the user if a new version of the extension is available.

Is there a url call that would return properties in Json of our extension ?
