Getting Adobe After Effects project into premiere

I want to put animated text from after effects into my premiere project, But I am not sure how to do it.   Any helpful information would be great!!!

Well, no offense, but have you actually bothered to read the online help for eitehr of the programs? Lots of answers there including info on how to create and use motion graphics templates, generic dynamicLink usage or how to render and import image sequences, video clips etc. to mutually import in each program.
