'Ghosting' bug effect on Preview Screen

Hello everyone,this problem started last year and I have no idea what it could be. Essentially, when I'm moving my shapes and assets on the screen, it leaves an afterimage from time to time. It imediatly disappears whenever I move the mouse again but what ends up happening is that the Preview Screen is flickering all the time. This started happening with Adobe After Effects 2021 (2020 versions and bellow don't have this issue). 

I've tryed clearing cache, doing a full uninstall of all adobe softwares and nothing. I was wondering if anyone encountered a similar problem.

Update your system's graphics driver and check your hardware acceleration settings.
