giant pixels after rendering

Hi guys. I have a problem with rendering. I looked through the forum to find a solution but all the advice from other threads turned out to be ineffective. My problem is that after rendering a video to mp4 the image is cruelly pixelated. I tried using the typical Render Queue in AE and Adobe Media Encoder but with no results. I have a very good computer, bpc of my project is correct (16). Only rendering to AVI brings the result. The image is clear as crystal but the 1 min file weighs 10gb so this is not a solution. I tried converting the 10gb avi file to mp4 but that doesn't help. Has anyone perhaps had a similar problem? In the attached picture on the left the avi version and on the right the mp4 version.

This is normal. Your almost uniformly blue background is just terrible for how the MP4 compression works and going from 16bpc to an 8bit CoDec doesn't improve anything. This isn't anything that can be solved with technical tricks. You need to work on the design and add a more structured background or add noise so at least the distribution of the compression blocks isn't as obvious.
