glitching shadows advanced 3d

I made a simple 3D scene, add environment light, and shadows are "glitching". I've tried setting different values ​​in the render options, but it doesn't help. Has anyone encountered this problem? I've looked all over the Internet and haven't found a solution.

Also I encountered a problem. There are no other light sources in my composition. But a small light appears on the layer in several places.
