So these previews have twixtor in them, the video and the twixtpr is 30 fps but the composition is set to 60 fps, whenever I played the preview I see this random frame glitch, plzz help me

Thanks for writing in and sorry to hear about the issue.

Can you try matching the Composition frame rate with the footage’s frame rate? If that doesn’t help, can you try disabling Twixtor? It’ll help narrowing down the issue.

Hi, thanks for the help, I actually disabled hardware acceleration, it then worked fine, not fast but definitely stable

Thanks for getting back. You should not have to disable hardware acceleration. What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Also, what version of After Effects and Twixtor are you using? If not already, try installing the latest version of the GPU driver from the manufacturer’s website and enable the hardware acceleration to see that works.
