Glitchy Playback

Hey friends,

I've been getting glitchy playback in AE with certain files...

The video is from a screen-record of UX interactions on my iPhone. The filetype is as follows:

I'm running the latest AE as well. Any thoughts?

That looks like a graphics driver issue. If running Windows, make sure you're using the Studio driver (not the Game Ready driver).

It could also be a decompression issue. If running Windows or macOS, try transcoding the screen recording to Apple ProRes 422 LT using Shutter Encoder (dontaitonware).
