Go Back/Forward Specific Number of Frames?

Currently, I can press "Page Up/Page Down" to move backward/forward by 1 frame and use "Shift + Page Up/Page Down" to move backward/forward by 10 frames.

What if I want to go backward/forward by 5 frames or another specific number of frames? Does After Effects have a similar feature to Premiere Pro's "Step Forward/Back Many: x frames," as shown in the image below?
