got a problem with rendering while iam editing on after effect with macbook m1 64 ram

For a whole year now I've been complaining to Adobe about a problem, that there is slowness in render mode when I'm editing a video or just for example trying to roto a car I'm editing, I duplicated the layer and it started to freeze when I play the video, it's impossible to edit like that.. Does anyone have the same problem and managed to solve it on macbook m1 64ram 2021 with 1T space?
