GPU Nvidia GTX 1060 not being used in rendering

Hello Adobe brothers and sisters!

I am rendering from (the most recent version of) After Effects via AME. I noticed it was taking longer than I would expect so I popped open the task manager and see it was only using the Intel HD Graphics! Waiiiit... whaaaat? Mercury GPU was turned on in AME.

Any thoughts?
