Graph editor layout query

Sorry if this is a stupidly simple thing to solve but I have tried and can't work it out. Not sure if it's an update change or I've clicked something by mistake. I'm working my way through some tutorials and adjusting the F9 Easy Ease settings. Once set you use the Graph Editor to tweak the path/handles and I used to see something similar to the image below:

However I'm now seeing this:

Have I hit a 'key' and changed it somehow? If I have I can't work out how to change it back!?!
