Why selecting graph end colour is solid yellow & other [not selecting] graph end colour is not solid yellow?

If order of selection is the matter, is there any issue because of this?

Is there any way to make both end solid yellow colour?

Correct answer Rick Gerard

The filled box tells you that the keyframe is selected. If you select multiple keyframes, you will get a transformation rectangle that you can use to manipulate all keyframes simultaneously.

There would be no practical reason not to have a different icon for selected or not selected keyframes. How would you know what keyframe you were manipulating?
