Graphics Card Optimization Issue with After Effects & Premiere Pro

I’m facing an issue with my graphics card optimization in After Effects and Premiere Pro. I have the latest 2025 versions of the software installed, but my system keeps recognizing them as 2019 versions and doesn’t optimize my graphics card properly.

You can try these I hope It will help! Please chech that you have the latest versions installed by checking Help > About [Application Name]. Update your GPU drivers NVIDIA users should have version 522.25 or later, while AMD users should install the latest compatible drivers. Run the System Compatibility Report under Help to detect any issues.

If you have multiple versions installed, uninstall older ones and reinstall the 2025 versions. Reset application preferences by holding Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac) while launching the software.

I have the same question. It also shows me the 2019 version ;/ I have an RTX 4090 and would like to take advantage of its power. Can anyone advise? I have the NVIDIA Studio v. 591.74 driver installed and I don't have older versions of AE. I followed the steps "tate_1038" mentioned and it didn't work ;/

That’s strange!!! Please check if any updates are available for the OS. If that doesn’t help, try a clean install of your GPU driver.

Let me know.

Thanks,

Nishu
