Grayed out Amination tab and Limited Video Codec

Hello Team,

I'm creating a 3D spinning hoodie on adobe effects. All steps were completed, I'm just running in to problem with the Render Queue. My video will not save as spinning like it is previewed on the app. When I go to the Output Module Settings ----- Format options ---- Video Codec I don't have a option to click Animation or anything else related to it. I've watched many videos and can't seem to find the answer to this problem.

Animation is a Quicktime CoDec and your panel shows AVI CoDecs. Completely different things. You apparently watched the wrong videos. Anyway, perhaps it would be best to go back to basics:
