Green Flickers and Screens in preview.

I've been having issues with my After Effects 2021 CC ever since I've installed it. It was working out well until when I was about to finish my project and hasn't gone away since. It will show green screen previews. I've tried looking and trying multiple things out such as changing video and rending settings (Mercury GPU Acceleration to Mercury Software Only), clearing my media and cache, changing/updating my adapter (I tried, and it crashed.) As well my After Effects is up to date. Common solutions I keep finding don't seem to help. I think it may have something to do with my GPU but this PC was gifted to me so I don't know if my specs are appropriate to be using after effects. I've been working with both .mp4 and .move files, both the same conflict. I also attached some screenshots.
