Guides - Enter precise values

Guides are nice, but could be improved to help more with precision. Would be nice if when you dragged a guide out from the rulers, then click on the guide, a text pop up box comes up so you can enter in the precise pixels you want the guide to be. Or maybe right click on the vertial or horizontal rulers to add a precise guide.
