Having trouble exporting movie file with Animation in AE 2020

I'm having trouble exporting a movie file that is 1 minute long. 4k (60fps) and has light animations made in AE. It's a project that was fully edited in Premiere 2020 but eventually moved the edited video in AE to add animations to it -> then with hopes to export (where I am now).

 

I've had issues trying to export, such as the movie file will complete export and it will just playback a grey image (no video or audio) on the exported video file.

 

The newest issue has been disk space, so I tried saving the video on my external harddrive and the same issue happens as the grey image without real audio or video.

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to export this properly?

Problems like this are almost always user errors, not bugs. We need details, screenshots, and OS and AE/PPro versions. The screenshots should show us what you did to at least some of the layers you are having problems with. Select at least one layer, press 'uu' then show us a full UI full resolution screenshot. You should have the main comp selected in the Project Panel so we can see the comp settings and make sure we know the source footage format. It might also be a good idea to see the properties of the source footage. 

 

It would also be very helpful to know your experience level with After Effects and whether or not you have been successful with this workflow in the past.

Hi Rick,

 

Thanks for your reply and apologies on my delay.

 

I've included 4 screenshots below:

 

1.) Shows the original source footage properties (format, fps, etc)

 

2.) Layer selected while pressing "uu" 

 

3.) After Effects version

 

4.) Premiere Pro version

 

I'm not 100% knowledgeable of AE.. I've used it just a handful of times. 

 

I'm trying to export the final project which is my trouble.
