Having trouble exporting my Dither Effect

I was following this Dithering Effect Guide and the effect looks great in my app but it loses the effect once exported.

This is what it looks like in the comp preview:

I followed the youtube guide and toggled the Quality and Sampling as well as adjusted the Render Settings to "Current Settings"

There is some extra layering inside of pre-comps that might be causing complications. The structure is:

Dithered Image Pre-comp -> Combined Pre-comp -> Final Render Comp

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated - thank you!
