Hello ! Please help me !

Everything was going fine with my project that i started on after effect 2023 and then finish on the lastest version of after effect. The problem now is that I can't open my file anymore because it says that a png file is missing and my fast box blur effect is missing too. I really don't understand and don't know what to do please help !!!!!!
