Help! After Effects Crashing When Opening Envato Projects on Mac

Hey everyone,

I'm in desperate need of some assistance here. I've been encountering a frustrating issue with After Effects on my Mac, specifically when trying to open Envato projects. Every time I attempt to open one of these projects, After Effects crashes without fail.

What's particularly baffling is that my colleague, who also uses a Mac, has no trouble whatsoever with the same projects on their system.

I've reached out to Adobe support multiple times, but unfortunately, I've received no response from them. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark like this, especially when I'm facing a roadblock that's hindering my work.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue or have any insights into what might be causing this? I'd greatly appreciate any help or advice you can offer. Thank you in advance!
