Help! AFter Effects: File could not be opened for writing Error 3 :: 0

Hello, I am using Afer Effectsa version 22.0 and every time I try to save a file

it gives me this message:

File could not be opened for writing Error 3 :: 0

AE was wor king fine and this started happening randomly.

I am not really sure whta the problem is.

Should anyone have any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
