HELP!! After effects instantly crashes when opening 90% of my projects

After effects crashes instantly when opening most projects. No idea why! 
I have just repair installed windows, installed new GPU drivers and re-installed adobe CC and after effects.

Crash report attached.

 

 


PC specs:
AMD ryzen 5900x CPU 

64gb ram

rtx 3080 GPU

    after effects is STILL crashing im getting kinda desperate please can anyone help? called adobe support and the operator took control of my PC, tried a few things that i had already tried and then ghosted me then hung up....

    ps. 

    I've tried the usual advice... removed all plugins (every single one), reset and deleted preferences file etc. 
    Really at a loss on how to fix this
