Help can't change language in after effect.

Hi.

I use to use after effect in another laguage (french)

but now i cant lauch it in french it after i donwload on my main computer i get this message.

"After Effects: This application does not support the current operating system language. Open the Regional and Language Options control panel from the Windows Start menu. Then, under the Advanced Options tab (in Vista, this is the Administration tab), change the setting in the Language section for non-Unicode programs to match the language of the application."

if someone can help please
