Help For Ae Problem

Preview resolution is shown as full in every option and when I render the video, there is only sound and no screen display. It used to be normal. Has anyone else experienced this? What should I do?

Are you using one of the After Effects Output Module templates like "High Quality" or "H264 - Match Render Settings - 15 Mbps"?

The High Quality Output Module template uses ProRes 422 for the picture and the application being used to play the rendered file later needs to support decompression ProRes.  If it doesn't, you'll not see picture and only hear sound.

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Are you able to preview your composition in After Effects? Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the export settings?
