HELP! I need a “FxFactory’s Reverse Corner Pin” type solution in After Effects on PC

I have shaky cell phone footage of a security monitor taken at 45° to the right. I need to extract that footage and display it as an ortho rectangle.
I’ve already stabilized the footage with Mocha AE. My next step was to use Reverse Corner Pin until I discovered that it is Mac ONLY and I’m using After Effects on PC.
Is it possible to do with vanilla AE or is there a 3rd party solution that will work with AE on PC or point me to a video explaining the process?
