Help me in after effects and photoshop pls

I use vanishing point and then export for after effects to make a 3D environment obviously

But after exporting it the picture becomes half and open on after effects as half while the grids and all are done  as the half is full pic

I'd appreciate the help as I'm looking for an answer over a week

The perspective is pretty extreme, and your workflow did not exactly follow standard practices. It's almost impossible to generate a good VPE for After Effects projects when the cameras have very short (wide angle) lenses, and the planes don't precisely line up with the surfaces.
