Help optimizing motion graphics template for captions.

I produce weekly videos for Instagram that I have to caption and I'm looking for ways to further optimize my workflow. The company I work for likes that BuzzFeed-y type captions that spell out with a dynamically sized text box behind it, so I've opted to design the captions in AE rather than PP's built in captioning.

My current process is to use a motion graphics template that lets me enter the text and the template takes care of the animation of spelling the lines out. I then duplicate the template for each new caption I need. I then apply a Premiere Pro preset that applies a Transform effect with two keyframes that lowers the caption out of view after it's been typed out, with a motion blur. The key thing here is that I have it set to anchor to the out point since the length of each caption is not consistent, but I always want it to drop down at the very end of the clip right before the next caption starts typing out.

Is there any way of building this out animation into the AE file/motion graphics template that would already dynamically adjust the position of those keyframes depending on the length of the clip? Or have I streamlined this process as much as the software will let me already? Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you for this info! This seems to be exactly what I need, but from what I can tell, this feature is not available with Essential Graphics Templates brought in from AE, only graphics made natively in Premiere Pro. As far as I know, there's no way to easily get a dynamic typing effect with an auto-resizing rectangle behind the text in Premiere. Unless I'm mistaken?
