Help to remove white fringing on footage

I have a lot of footage I have taken with my Panasonic GH5, V-Log L 4K 10-bit 4:2:2 and I noticed that when I import it to After Effects, there is white fringing around contrasting edges of objects . It is there before I apply any effects and I am not sure if this is an AE issue. I have read several posts of similar issues but I have found no way of fixing it.

Here is an image at 800% crop to show it along the top of this hillside in this video, and to show its not my effects, here is an unedited and an edited image to show the issue was there before I added any effects:

I don't know if it matters to this issue, I read when searching on this white fringing, to check the Alpha channel, on Composite Interperate Footage -> Main but the Aloha settings can't be set/changed:

Can anyone help?

Upload a screenshot at 100% please. Believe me, all it's gonna see bad at 800%.

There is a definite light edge in the original footage that is just emphasized by the color correction. You might be able to minimize it by more careful manipulation of the controls.

One more thing. You cannot judge a video by viewing the composition panel at 800% scale and looking at a still frame. The only way to make a reasonable judgment is to look at the video playing in real time and at 100% on the device that the video is intended to be used for playback.

This may not be an AE problem.  What do the problem shots look like in a different application.... Premiere Pro, to mention one?

The only other program I can playback the footage in is Media Player Classic and don't have any other editors like Premiere Pro that can import the footage as is or other players that can play it back. Here is a bit zoomed in screenshot from Media Player Classic of the same unedited video. The issue may be on the actual image, but it was nothing I did in camera as I left all the settings like sharpness at 0:

Oops should have done that, you are right that its not going to look good that zoomed in, plus people will only see it at 100% at most:
